Selective Pallet Rack
The most universal pallet racking system for direct access to every pallet position.
Warehouse space in St. Charles gets absorbed almost as fast as it's built, and the businesses calling us are usually the ones that just signed a lease with a bare slab and a deadline. You can't ship out of an empty building, and every week without rack is a week of inventory sitting on the floor in double-stacked chaos. We supply and install pallet rack systems across St. Charles — new buildings along the Elm Point industrial area, older flex space near Old Town, and everything in between. Give us your pallet data and clear height, and you'll have a layout and a price to work from quickly.
St. Charles County has been one of the fastest-growing industrial markets in the region, which means a lot of tenants take possession of a shell and need pallet racks standing before the first truck backs in.
We keep standard frames and beams in local stock specifically for that situation, and our crews are close enough to St. Charles that scheduling doesn't wait on a truck from another state.
Just as important, we size warehouse racking around what you actually store. A building products distributor and a contract packager can lease identical buildings and need completely different bay depths, beam capacities, and aisle widths — so the layout starts with your product, not a catalog default.
Centered on the I-70 and Highway 94 corridor.

The process opens with a free warehouse design consultation. We walk through pallet dimensions and weights, clear height, forklift type and lift capacity, SKU count, and how fast product turns, then hand that to our design team.
You get back a CAD layout with bay spacing, beam elevations, aisle widths, and the total pallet position count your building can actually hold — plus an itemized quote so you can see where every dollar goes.
We install the full range of industrial pallet racks: selective for full SKU access, push back and drive-in for depth, pallet flow for FIFO rotation, cantilever for lumber, pipe, and trim, and carton flow for case picking. Accessories like wire decking, pallet supports, row spacers, and column guards are specified in the same package.
Our installation crews handle delivery, assembly, anchoring, plumbing, and capacity labeling. Larger projects get phased so your operation keeps receiving and shipping through the build, and we stay available afterward for expansions, teardowns, relocations, and replacement parts.
You can see finished installations on our recent projects page, or get in touch to start a layout for your building.
Pallet rack systems our crews have built for warehouses around the metro.

Which one fits depends on how deep you store each SKU and how often you touch it. We'll walk through the tradeoffs with you.

From St. Charles we also serve O'Fallon, Wentzville, and the rest of St. Charles County, plus the wider St. Louis metro. Operators running more than one building often ask us to keep a single rack standard across sites — for example between St. Louis, O'Fallon and Chesterfield.
