Pallet Racks & Warehouse Racking in Florissant, MO

A lot of Florissant warehouse space was built decades ago for a different kind of operation, and it shows: modest clear heights, columns on tight centers, and dock configurations that assume smaller trucks. That doesn't mean you're stuck. It means the racking has to be designed around the building instead of dropped into it. We lay out pallet rack systems for Florissant operations that work with the columns you have, use every inch of available height, and keep aisles wide enough for the forklift you already own. Send dimensions and we'll come back with a drawing showing what the building can really hold.

Why Florissant Warehouses Call Us First

North County buildings reward careful layout work more than almost anywhere else in the metro. Get the bay spacing wrong relative to the column grid and you can lose an entire row of pallet positions.

We start from a measured column layout and work the rack around it, which is a slower way to design and a much better way to end up with usable storage.

Florissant operators also tend to keep equipment a long time, so we spec aisle widths against your actual forklift rather than assuming a narrow-aisle machine you don't have. And since our team is based in St. Louis, service calls, add-on bays, and replacement beams don't come with a freight delay.

What a Pallet Rack Project Looks Like

The free warehouse design consultation covers your clear height and lowest obstructions, column spacing, pallet footprint and weight, forklift model and lift capacity, and how many SKUs need direct access.

From there our design team produces a CAD layout: rack rows placed against the column grid, beam elevations, aisle widths, flue spacing, and a total pallet position count, with an itemized quote attached.

We supply and install every major system — selective racking for full access, push back and drive-in where you store depth of a single SKU, pallet flow for date-sensitive rotation, cantilever for pipe, lumber, and trim, and carton flow for case picking — along with wire decking, pallet supports, row spacers, and column protection.

Our installation crews deliver and build the system, anchor and plumb the frames, set beams to the approved elevations, and label each bay with its rated capacity. Work can be phased row by row so shipping and receiving continue, and we handle future expansions, reconfigurations, and parts from the same local inventory.

You can see finished installations on our recent projects page, or get in touch to start a layout for your building.

    Nearby Areas We Cover

Florissant, Hazelwood, and Bridgeton all sit inside the same North County industrial belt, and we install throughout it. Operators running more than one building often ask us to keep a single rack standard across sites — for example between St. Louis, St. Charles and O'Fallon.
