Pallet Racks & Warehouse Racking in Fenton, MO

Fenton's industrial base has been reinventing itself for years, and a lot of the space now in use was originally built for something else entirely. Manufacturing bays become distribution space; assembly floors become storage. What worked for the old use rarely racks well without a rethink. We help Fenton operations lay out pallet rack systems that fit the building's real geometry — clear height under the low bay, column spacing, crane rails or pits left behind, awkward dock placement. Send us the measurements and your pallet data, and we'll come back with a layout that treats those constraints as design inputs rather than problems.

Why Fenton Warehouses Call Us First

Repurposed industrial buildings are common along the I-44 corridor, and they almost never have a uniform ceiling or a tidy column grid.

We survey the constraints first and design the rack rows to them, stepping beam elevations where the roofline changes so you're not capping the whole building at its lowest point.

Fenton also has a strong metal fabrication and automotive supplier base, which means heavy loads and long material alongside standard pallets. We size beam capacity to the real weights and add cantilever where bar stock and tubing need a home, instead of forcing everything onto one rack type.

What a Pallet Rack Project Looks Like

The free warehouse design consultation collects clear height across the building, obstruction heights, column spacing, pallet dimensions and weights, forklift model and lift capacity, and SKU count.

Our design team produces a CAD layout with rack rows placed against the actual building geometry, stepped beam elevations where the ceiling changes, aisle widths, and a total pallet position count, plus an itemized quote.

We supply and install selective pallet racks, push back, drive-in, pallet flow, cantilever for long and heavy material, and carton flow for case picking, along with wire decking, pallet supports, row spacers, column protection, and guard rail where forklift traffic is heavy.

Installation is handled by our crews from delivery through anchoring, plumbing, and bay-by-bay capacity labeling. Work is phased around production so the plant keeps running, and we remain the local source for expansions, reconfigurations, and replacement components as the operation changes again.

You can see finished installations on our recent projects page, or get in touch to start a layout for your building.

    Nearby Areas We Cover

Fenton and Valley Park sit side by side on I-44, and we install pallet racks throughout South County and out toward the metro edge. Operators running more than one building often ask us to keep a single rack standard across sites — for example between St. Louis, St. Charles and O'Fallon.
